Made to order
Nothing is pre-printed or warehoused. Your item is produced after you order it, which takes 2–5 business days, then ships. Full timings are in the Shipping Policy.
30-day returns
Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, within 30 days of delivery. We cover the shipping when the fault is ours. The full terms are in the Returns Policy.
Measurements, not guesses
Wrong size is the most common reason for a return, so we publish real flat measurements for every blank we print on. Check the size guide before you order.

How an order actually works
STEP 01
You order
Your order is confirmed by email straight away and routed to the print facility that handles your item. You can still cancel or change it free of charge for the next 12 hours.
STEP 02
We print it
The item is printed for your order alone. Apparel is usually ready in 2–3 business days; drinkware, flags and wall art can take up to 5. Mixed orders ship once the slowest item is ready.
STEP 03
It ships to you
You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel leaves the facility. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Express US shipping is $12.95 at checkout if you need it sooner.
Total time from order to doorstep in the United States is typically 5–12 business days. Orders outside the United States take 10–21 business days after production. If something arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 30 days and we replace it at no cost — see the Returns & Refunds Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
